Qualifications

• Knowledge of production processes and Dental Laboratory industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee daily administrative activities including reviewing the exception list, OOP resolution, product change, delete cases, and report resolution.
• Conduct research on cases for resolution including credits, unknown cases, and cross-department corrections from DDS China.
• Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
