Job summary

You will guide mechanical design, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage projects from concept to manufacturability using SolidWorks and EPDM. Qualifications include a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience, and hands-on design with CAD/EPDM.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in machine design and/or working on a production line.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach to engineering.
• Solid Modeling/CAD and EPDM workspace experience.
• Demonstrated aptitude for creative problem solving and innovation.
• Self-managed with ownership and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Scope and Concept development.
• Define scope and understand problem value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet needs.
• Mechanical design of systems and subsystems; develop drawings.
• Lead design reviews and brainstorm sessions.
• Own projects through all stages: design, prototyping, validation, manufacturability.
• Develop detailed parts, assemblies, and drawings using SolidWorks.
• Maintain continuous improvement mindset.
• Travel ~10–15% domestically/internationally.
