Job description

***Onsite in midtown NYC - 4 Days a week

***MUST HAVE front office (fixed income and bonds) experience

Details:

This is a critical role supporting the Front Office FICC Credit business, requiring a motivated and flexible individual to work closely with Application Developers, Peer Support Leads, Application Managers, Offshore Teams, and Infrastructure Support. This high-profile role operates in a high-intensity environment, demanding Business and Technical acumen, quick information assimilation, and a focus on Incident and Problem Management, with adaptability to a changing trading environment.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Application support and problem diagnosis skills with Python—investigate issues, resolve problems, and communicate status.
  2. Manage user query mailbox effectively, understand team scope, and ensure timely responses.
  3. Develop support tooling and automation using Python and JavaScript.
  4. Respond to and resolve feed support issues for Autosys and Python-based batches.
  5. Manage alerts and monitor critical trading systems using ITRS.
  6. Incident management—provide timely user notifications and escalate when needed.
  7. Documentation and knowledge management.
  8. Coordinate resolutions with various development teams.
  9. Assist with metrics reporting for Python and Java applications.
  10. Coordinate and perform Business Continuity testing and documentation.
  11. Organize and run meetings independently for issue resolution.
  12. Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $73.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply and benefits may vary based on job classification and employment length. Benefits may include:
