A leading consulting company is seeking professionals for a full-time role focused on production support and development in Azure technologies. This position offers opportunities to work remotely with occasional travel and requires collaboration with teams to resolve issues and enhance functionalities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proficiency in Azure services, contributing to both operational excellence and documentation efforts.

- Receive on-call support outside of business hours on a rotational basis
Required Skills:
- Experience in production support with some development experience
- Proficiency in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Fabric and Service Bus, and Azure Data Factory
- Ability to provide IM/SRM/PM/CM services for in-scope products/applications
- Well-versed in Onsite-Offshore execution model
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable Skills:
- Prior experience with Service Transition
- Ability to understand business requirements/impacts in a highly technical environment
- Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- High attention to detail and service-minded approach
- Willingness to learn new technologies on the job and cross-skill across adjacent technologies
