Job summary

TRIP is seeking a Production Coordinator to support day-to-day production and supply activities across our drinks and supplements range. You will coordinate with co-packers, suppliers and internal teams to maintain accurate production schedules and timely delivery.

You will monitor inventory movements, raise purchase orders, and help ensure product availability across locations, supporting replenishment and launches while mitigating risks and delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in production coordination, supply chain, inventory control or logistics support.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems such as Unleashed, NetSuite, SAP or similar.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of production and supply plans for finished goods, packaging and ingredients across the U.S. market.
• Coordinate with co-packers and manufacturing partners to track schedules, orders and delivery timelines.
• Monitor inventory across warehouses and distribution centres; escalate shortages or delays.
• Raise and track purchase orders for packaging, ingredients and finished goods.
• Maintain records of production schedules, stock movements and inventory data in systems.
• Assist with replenishment activities and inventory transfers between locations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics partners.
• Support launches, packaging updates and promotions with timelines and production requirements.
• Identify operational risks and communicate issues to the team.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, production performance and service levels.
