Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Cold Spring, MN is seeking a Production Planning Support Coordinator to join our manufacturing complex. This role provides administrative and operational support across multiple departments, coordinating information, meetings, and day-to-day plant activities.

You’ll prepare reports and presentations, organize records and metrics, and help ensure safety, quality, and efficient operations while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; vocational training or college coursework preferred.
• Experience: Administrative/operations support or production planning experience preferred.
• Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to multiple managers across the facility.
• Compile, analyze, and organize information for reports, presentations, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and pivot tables.
• Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and tracking of operational records, statistics, and reports.
• Organize and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other business activities.
• Coordinate customer visits, plant events, and related logistics.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members, leadership, customers, and business partners.
• Promote compliance with company policies related to safety, food safety, quality, and employee conduct.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support plant operations and business objectives.
