Cemen Tech Inc. is seeking a Production-Supply Chain Supervisor in Billings, MT. This hands-on leadership role oversees assembly and warehouse teams to ensure safe, quality-focused production and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical education preferred.
• 3–5 years manufacturing/warehouse experience; 2+ years in a lead role.
• Experience with ERP data input/extraction.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly and warehouse operations to meet schedules with safety and quality.
• Coordinate production and warehouse priorities with Planning, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Conduct daily startup meetings and communicate goals and updates.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing to meet demand.
• Perform inspections of components and finished equipment per specs.
• Maintain ERP records of materials and quality documents.
• Provide coaching and develop employees; participate in evaluations.
• Maintain 5S and a clean safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
