Job summary

TransTech is seeking a Production Supervisor at our McGregor, TX facility to manage daily production operations, scheduling, and resource allocation. You will lead welders, fitters, fabricators, painters, and helpers, coordinate with engineering, safety, HR, and project management, and drive safety and quality on the floor.

This role requires 3+ years in a supervisory role, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift 50 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production on the floor, ensuring safe, on-time, high-quality output.
• Lead welders, fitters, fabricators, painters and helpers across shifts.
• Coordinate with engineering, safety, HR and project management teams.
• Develop and track production priorities, materials, and schedules.
• Support training, onboarding and performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives on the line.
