Job summary

TransTech Energy is seeking a Consumable Control Specialist for its McGregor, TX facility. The role oversees wire usage, MTR tracking, and inventory controls for welding consumables to support production and quality control.

Candidates should have 2+ years in warehousing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Training in forklift operation may be required within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years in a warehouse shipping or receiving role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to certify within 30 days.
• Must lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Issue and document welding wire and flux usage for each vessel.
• Receive and store welding consumables in organized storage.
• Maintain checkout and usage logs for shop consumables.
• Manage min/max inventory levels and reorder needs.
• Communicate inventory status with Supply Chain Manager.
