Job summary

Riddell in Ohio is seeking a Production Supervisor to guide a team, coordinate schedules, and ensure safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The role reports to the Plant Manager and collaborates with multiple departments to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of maintaining quality and safety in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• College Education in related field desirable.
• Minimum of seven (7) years production-related experience.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production team leaders and coordinates the scheduling of people, materials, and equipment.
• Ensures compliance to company and safety policies and procedures.
• Works with various departments to assure proper inventory levels are produced and maintained.
• Provides input to performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment ensuring that safety and housekeeping standards are met in the factory.
• Maintains product quality standards, ensuring a high level of work performance by team members.
• Provides training as necessary.
• Enforces policies and work rules in a fair and consistent manner.
