Job summary

RRD is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to motivate and coach production teams, drive efficiency, and uphold safety standards across daily operations.

You will collaborate with leadership to set goals, monitor performance, and coordinate staffing to meet production deadlines. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and knowledge of safety practices while enabling a diverse and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a High School Diploma or GED with preferred bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate manufacturing associates, driving production efficiency and adherence to policies.
• Lead performance management processes and set annual goals with leaders.
• Address associate relations, hiring decisions, and safety program participation.
• Coordinate labor resources daily to meet production needs and deadlines.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and adherence to safety devices.
