Job summary

Riddell in Ohio is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production workers and team leaders, coordinating daily activities to meet output goals. The shift runs from 2pm to 11pm, with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficient use of materials and equipment.

You will work with the Plant Manager and multiple departments, influence performance reviews and training, enforce policies, and maintain a clean, safe factory environment while delivering high-standard product quality.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School degree or equivalent; college education desirable
• Minimum 7 years production-related experience
• Proficient with MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Supervises production team leaders and coordinates scheduling of people, materials, and equipment.
• Ensures compliance to company and safety policies and procedures.
• Works with various departments to assure proper inventory levels are produced and maintained.
• Provides input to performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment ensuring that safety and housekeeping standards are met in the factory.
• Maintains product quality standards, ensuring a high level of work performance by team members.
• Provides training as necessary.
• Enforces policies and work rules in a fair and consistent manner.
