• We are hiring immediately for a seasonal PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Marlboro Middle School - 355 County Road, Route 520, Marlboro, NJ 07746. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Seasonal schedule; Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Pay Range: $24.31 to $26.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Responsible for setting up and maintaining food production and quality control of food items prepared in the kitchen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares food items necessary for the assigned area.
2. Assigns duties to associates for efficient kitchen operation.
3. Ensures proper storage and handling of products; uses portion, presentation, and recipe controls.
4. Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas.
5. Reports equipment repair/maintenance needs.
6. Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef; disciplines, trains, and schedules associates.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
