Job Opportunity: Seasonal Production Supervisor at Chartwells K12

We are hiring immediately for a seasonal PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR position located at Marlboro Middle School, 355 County Road, Route 520, Marlboro, NJ 07746. Online applications are preferred.

Schedule: Seasonal; Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Additional details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $24.31 to $26.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Responsible for setting up and maintaining food production and quality control in the kitchen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Prepare food items necessary for the assigned area.
  2. Assign duties to associates for efficient kitchen operation.
  3. Ensure proper storage and handling of products; use portion, presentation, and recipe controls.
  4. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas.
  5. Report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance.
  6. Supervise team members in absence of the Sous Chef; discipline, train, and schedule staff.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
