POSITION SUMMARY

More than small-town charm and one-of-a-kind views of the Mississippi, Clinton has been our cherished "home" since 1969. As a dedicated team, we take pride in being a cornerstone of the community for over 50 years, producing a wide variety of industry-leading products including Pro Plan, Nestlé Purina ONE Beyond, Nestlé Purina Veterinary Diets, and Beggin. We also take pride in doing our part to care for the environment, such as conserving water, investing in renewable electricity, and maintaining zero waste for disposal. Together, we have become an integral part of the Clinton community. This small Midwestern town is perfect for families, offering year-round activities such as riverfront amenities, biking paths, unique restaurants, and historic districts.

As a Relief Team Leader, you’ll be trained across departments and develop an end-to-end understanding of our manufacturing processes to provide primary coverage for team leader vacancies. This training will prepare you to step into a supervisory role, grow your skill set and knowledge, and ultimately oversee a department as a production supervisor.

Responsibilities
  1. Function in a supervisory role to fill vacancies across multiple departments and shifts.
  2. Successfully complete team leader training.
  3. Manage, facilitate, and support safety objectives and goals.
  4. Ensure employees work safely and follow policies and procedures.
  5. Support and understand TPM (total productive maintenance) initiatives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years experience in a manufacturing, production, military, or related environment.
Additional Information
  • Must be open to all shifts and changing schedules.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
