Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe-joining solutions, seeks a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to own the floor operations. You will lead a team of associates, manage inbound and outbound shipping, coordinate cross-dock and yard activities, and drive accuracy and speed our customers count on.

This role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and a hands-on focus on safety, SOP adherence, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience with WMS and basic computer applications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse, shipping, and receiving during shifts.
• Oversee inbound/outbound and cross-dock operations to meet delivery requirements.
• Plan shipping schedules, dock capacity, and trailer flow.
• Lead, coach, and develop associates; manage priorities and labor.
• Ensure safety, SOPs, and OSHA compliance on the floor.
