Job summary

Victaulic Company is seeking a Production Supervisor in North Carolina to lead a frontline manufacturing team on the shift. You will translate priorities from plant leadership into action, uphold safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive adherence to procedures and schedules on the manufacturing floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to read the floor, solve problems in real time, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate hands-on manufacturing leadership.
• Strong safety focus and incident investigation ability.
• Proven track record in driving quality and process control.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training to ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee quality and process control across the shift to meet production targets.
• Supervise hourly workforce, enforce discipline and accountability.
• Monitor equipment, procedures, and housekeeping; complete shift reports.
