Job summary

Ring Container Technologies seeks a Production Supervisor to lead safety-first production operations and champion continuous improvement across the facility. You will coordinate safety training, PPE usage, and daily safety walks while ensuring high-quality output and strict traceability of lots and materials.

The role requires a 2-4 year technical degree (military experience accepted), strong English skills, and the ability to work with LN and CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong people skills and leadership abilities.
• 2-4 year technical degree; military experience may be substituted.
• Proficient in English (written and oral).
• Proficient in LN and MS Office; CMMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe production environment for all employees and visitors.
• Provide safety training and enforce PPE use.
• Monitor for unsafe conditions and correct as needed.
• Lead and support employee engagement and TPM initiatives.
• Maintain quality and traceability of materials and finished products.
• Record data: OEE, production, downtime, and QC results.
