Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Production Supervisor to lead an hourly team in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. You will steward safety, quality, and performance, guiding daily operations and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

You will apply data‑driven decision making, mentor team members, and collaborate with the union and management to sustain continuous improvement and operational excellence. This is a demanding, hands‑on leadership role requiring flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
• Lean / Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
