Qualifications

• Experience supervising employees within a manufacturing, production, industrial OR military environment.
• Must be flexible; willing and able to work a rotating shift (nights, weekends & holidays).
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience managing print & converting or packaging production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operating team in safety, health, environmental, and quality compliance.
• Foster a culture based on PBM Philosophy.
• Drive safety excellence by promoting involvement and accountability and investigate incidents.
• Coach, train, and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, and production.
• Minimize waste at machine centers by following best practices.
• Address issues and coordinate with other departments to ensure quality and on-time production.
• Own the production process and coordinate with Production, Quality, Shipping, and Maintenance teams.
• Provide leadership and support across all facility functions.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities and leverage capability groups.
• Plan, assign, and direct work for hourly employees; appraise performance and address complaints daily.
