Job summary

Georgia-Pacific, LLC is hiring a Production Supervisor for the Tolleson Mailers facility in Arizona. The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, manufacturing excellence, and customer focus, with leadership responsibilities across hourly production staff and multiple departments.

The ideal candidate will have experience supervising in manufacturing or military settings and be able to work rotating shifts, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

• Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or military environment.
• Able to work a rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operating team in safety, health, environmental, and quality compliance.
• Foster a PBM-based culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach, train, and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, and production.
• Own the production process and coordinate with Production, Quality, Shipping, and Maintenance.
• Plan, assign and direct work for all hourly production employees; provide feedback and resolve complaints.
• Communicate issues and results daily across functions.
