Qualifications

• Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work a rotating shift and lead operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operating team focusing on safety, health, environmental and quality.
• Foster PBM philosophy and drive safety excellence through involvement and accountability.
• Coach and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, and production.
• Ensure waste minimization and adherence to best practices at machine centers.
• Plan, assign and direct work for hourly production employees and provide feedback.
