Qualifications

• Experience supervising employees within a manufacturing, production, industrial OR military environment.
• Must be flexible; willing and able to work a rotating shift (nights, weekends & holidays as needed).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience managing print & converting or packaging production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operating team in safety, health, environmental, and quality.
• Coach, train, and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, and production.
• Own the production process and coordinate with Production, Quality, Shipping, and Maintenance teams.
• Plan, assign and direct work for all hourly production employees; communicate issues and results daily.
• Foster a culture based on our PBM philosophy.
• Drive safety excellence and investigate incidents to determine root causes.
• Address issues with other departments to ensure on-time production.
• Provide leadership and support across all facility functions.
