Job summary

Georgia-Pacific, LLC is hiring a Production Supervisor for our Tolleson Mailer’s facility. The ideal candidate will drive safety, continuous improvement, and production excellence while leading an hourly team in a high‑demand manufacturing environment.

You will coach and develop staff, partner with quality and maintenance teams, and promote a culture of accountability and waste minimization in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising employees in manufacturing/production environments or similar settings.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Strong leadership and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operating team with a focus on safety, health, environmental, and quality.
• Foster a PBM® philosophy across the facility.
• Drive safety excellence by engaging employees and mitigating hazards.
• Coach, train and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, and production.
• Minimize waste and ensure on-time production with cross-functional collaboration.
• Own production processes and coordinate with Production, Quality, Shipping and Maintenance teams.
• Provide leadership across all facility functions and pursue continuous improvement.
