Job summary

Thistle is hiring a Production Supervisor for the Burlington, NJ facility. You will oversee day-to-day production operations, mentor Leads and Associates, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in plating and packaging meals, snacks, and beverages.

The role reports to the Production Manager and requires strong leadership, adherence to GMP/SOPs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet strict production goals. This is a full-time on-site position at the Burlington facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience supervising production or manufacturing teams.
• Strong leadership with team development skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and OSHA standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to meet production goals.
