Job summary

Thistle Health is seeking an Associate, Cook at our Burlington, NJ production facility. You will execute daily production tasks in a high-volume kitchen, following standardized recipes and safety protocols to prepare meals and components.

Reporting to the Culinary Supervisor, you will operate and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, document batch records, and collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure quality and efficiency in all production areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years in a large-scale, high-volume kitchen.
• Experience with batch cooking in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety; ServSafe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production activities following recipes and schedules.
• Maintain food safety and GMP compliance.
