Job summary

Thistle is seeking a Lead, Production at our Burlington, NJ facility. You will guide a team of Production Associates on the floor, drive KPI attainment, and ensure timely plating, packing, and shipping of meals, snacks, and beverages.

You will champion GMPs, SOPs, and safety standards, communicate daily goals to the crew, and partner with maintenance and QA to keep operations running smoothly. A high school diploma and 1+ year in food manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalant required.
• 1+ years related experience in a high-paced food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Desire to grow into leadership positions and develop leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills that put people first and the ability to balance empathy and direct feedback to both support and advocate for the team and also maintain consistent standards of performance.
• Ability to form effective working relationships with a cross-functional team.
• Ability to adhere to company SOPs and implement new initiatives as needed.
• Ability and willingness to master new equipment and related automation as implemented.
• Valid Food Handler's Certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
