Job summary

You will work with the production team to meet schedules and maintain product integrity, while handling process documentation such as meal weights and labels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience; food manufacturing preferred.
• Flexibility with weekends and early mornings.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods in a refrigerated environment.
• Proficient with process control documentation (meal weights, label verification, meal specifications, portion control).
• Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Plate a variety of Thistle ready-to-eat meals to presentation and quality standards.
• Accurately pack meals into bags or boxes for delivery with proper protection.
• Perform quality checks to ensure meals meet Thistle quality standards before shipping.
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and packaging deadlines.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain a smooth workflow.
