Qualifications

High School (or GED) is required.
3–5 years of experience in press operations within printing/packaging.
1–2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee product quality before and during press runs and approve job-related paperwork.
Supervise up to 30 team members and manage shift operations and production results.
Control manpower, waste, overtime and production efficiencies to support budgets.
Provide training and development opportunities for employees and mentor staff.
Enforce safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
