Reporting to the Printing Manager, the Printing Shift Supervisor is responsible to manage the production results for one shift in the printing department ensuring that cost, quality and customer service meets business expectations and continuously improves.
They are also responsible for to contribute and ensure that the working environment is one that is safe, fair, equitable and non-discriminatory.
Educational Requirements: Post-secondary education in manufacturing, business or related technical experience in packaging or related converting business
Minimum Experience/Field: 5 – 10 years of leadership experience in progressive manufacturing environment(s).
Licenses/Permits Required:
Communication Skills: Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements: Job requires both office and plant exposure. Both areas are air conditioned and are subjected to high noise levels. From time to time, the position incumbent must be able to work for long periods of time
