Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows, a precision metalworking manufacturer in Sharon, MA, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations across machining and inspection. You’ll translate priorities into actionable plans, maintain delivery schedules, and coach a high-performing team while upholding safety and quality standards.

You’ll balance hands-on shop-floor leadership with big-picture thinking, leveraging ERP data to remove bottlenecks and improve throughput in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Strong knowledge of machining/inspection and ability to prioritize work.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision making.
• Proven leadership and accountability on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across machining and/or inspection with inter-department collaboration.
• Translate priorities into actionable direction and align labor and resources.
• Ensure clear shift handoffs and adherence to standard work.
• Maintain process discipline and proper movement of parts and documentation.
• Identify bottlenecks and adjust to protect delivery and throughput.
• Promote safety and enforce PPE/safety procedures.
• Use ERP dashboards to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Coach and develop team members and lead team meetings on safety, quality, delivery.
