Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows in Sharon, MA, is hiring for a manufacturing/quality role. You will read blueprints and route sheets, operate hydraulic and mechanical presses up to 1,200 tons, and perform rubber-to-metal stamping with on-the-job training if needed.

You’ll work with Inconel, AM350, and titanium stock, using precision tools and SPC methods to ensure dimensional accuracy. Training is provided, and relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work from blueprints, route sheets, and written instructions to produce high-quality components with strong attention to detail.
• Set up and run hydraulic and mechanical presses (150 to 1,200 tons) safely and precisely.
• Perform rubber-to-metal stamping; training provided if needed.
