Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience supervising off-shift or low-oversight teams preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a second shift production team with minimal supervision.
• Make independent operational decisions to keep production moving.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain workflow and parts flow.
• Conduct employee evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
