Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows in Sharon, MA is seeking a production technician to work from blueprints, route sheets, and instructions, delivering high-quality components with meticulous attention to detail.

You will set up and operate hydraulic and mechanical presses (150–1,200 tons), perform rubber-to-metal stamping with training provided, work with Inconel, AM350 and titanium stock, and conduct in-process inspections to meet ES specs using SPC and precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or quality preferred, but not necessary — training provided.
• Ability to read blueprints and written instructions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work from blueprints, route sheets, and written instructions to produce high-quality components.
• Set up and run hydraulic and mechanical presses (150–1200 tons) for accurate operation.
• Perform rubber-to-metal stamping; training provided for right candidate.
• Handle Inconel, AM350, and titanium stock (.001" to .008" thickness) with accuracy.
• Carry out set-ups and in-process inspections per ES specs; escalate issues when needed.
• Verify product quality using SPC and precision measuring tools with meticulous attention.
• Use basic computer skills to perform labor transactions and system tasks.
