Job summary

Foremost Farms is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production floor, mentor staff, and ensure optimal quality, service and efficiency. The role emphasizes engagement, coaching, and adherence to safety and GMP standards.

You will coordinate shift activities, manage sanitation and quality programs, and support audits and regulatory inspections while driving continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of job-related experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor production associates, delegating work and scheduling.
• Evaluate processes to improve methods, equipment performance and safety.
• Address inquiries on production, quality, and work issues.
• Maintain quality standards and procedures (GMP, sanitation, housekeeping).
• Complete and review production records and paperwork.
