Job summary

Foremost Farms USA is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead the plant's quality programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. The role focuses on developing FSQA programs, training staff, and overseeing CCPs, HACCP, and QA documentation across shifts.

You will collaborate with management to maintain SQF certification and drive continuous improvements in product safety and quality. A strong dairy/manufacturing background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in dairy or food manufacturing in quality, food safety, or related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF and food safety regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FSQA programs to ensure regulatory and internal standards.
• Prepare training for staff on GMPs, allergens, food safety and quality systems.
• Monitor and verify control points (CCPs, PCs, CQPs, HACCP) with proper documentation.
• Lead pre-shipment reviews and product release.
• Support sanitation programs and MCCs; coordinate environmental monitoring.
• Investigate quality issues, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review quality metrics and drive process improvements.
