Foremost Farms USA Cooperative, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and mentor production floor staff, driving quality, service and efficiency while upholding GMPs and safety standards.

Minimum: High school diploma/GED and 1 year of related experience; preferred: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related field and 3 years of experience. Must be available weekends/holidays and participate in on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related production experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor production associates, delegating work and scheduling staff.
• Evaluate processes to improve methods, equipment utilization, quality and safety.
• Address production, quality and work issue inquiries and problems.
• Maintain quality standards, GMPs, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Oversee production paperwork and records.
• Participate in safety meetings and incident investigations.
• Schedule training for new and current employees; manage overtime per agreement.
• Coordinate shift activities and plant-wide functions including sanitation and planning.
