Join us as a Production Supervisor - Night Shift at Elopak

Elopak is constructing a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Little Rock, and we are seeking highly motivated, goal-oriented Production Supervisors to join our team in January 2025. The Production Supervisor will oversee the efficient and safe operation of production lines and lead employee development.

Compensation

Pay range: $70,000 - $77,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production metrics and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven coaching, motivation, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental policies, PPE requirements, and compliance with laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost standards.
• Monitor KPIs related to efficiency, safety, and costs.
• Support quality assurance through monitoring and testing.
• Contribute to materials management and inventory control.
