Parks Medical Electronics, an Oregon-based manufacturer of Doppler ultrasound systems, is seeking a production supervisor. You will oversee production workflows, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet schedules.

The role requires supervisory experience, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced changes while maintaining productive communications with multiple departments in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct, and oversee production completion and scheduling.
• Ensure processes meet company standards; drive yield and efficiency.
• Prepare reports, monitor requisitions, and maintain production records.
• Enforce safety and quality standards; update procedures as needed.
• Assist and support production personnel and management.
• Perform production duties as required; inline QC of WIP.
• Keep management informed of activities and issues; propose fixes.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
