The role requires 2–4 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting, knowledge of medical components, and familiarity with ISO/cGMP and FDA regulations.

Qualifications

• AA/AS with 4 years of experience or BA/BS with 2 years of direct line supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of medical components.
• ISO/cGMP and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead safety, quality, and process improvements in line with ISO/GMP/FDA.
• Coach and develop department staff; manage performance and salary considerations.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and communicate with management.
