Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing medical device manufacturer to hire a Production Supervisor. This role focuses on leading the production floor, coaching hourly staff, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, workforce planning, and KPIs while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. ERP and Excel skills are highly valued in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years production leadership experience.
• Experience managing hourly staff and technicians.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP/reporting systems is a plus.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and oversee hourly employees and technicians.
• Drive production performance, safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, overtime, and shift coordination.
• Monitor workflow, output, and operational metrics to meet customer requirements.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Track KPIs and labor utilization; report on performance.
