Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 3 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervision experience in related operations.
• Experience with loader operations and coordinating/workflow planning.
• Ability to follow and enforce safety protocols across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the coal ash loading operation.
• Monitors loading activities to ensure consistent compliance.
• Adjusts loading schedules and optimizes workflow.
• Identifies and addresses loading bottlenecks or issues.
• Coordinates ash transportation into the rail loading building.
