Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a supervisor to oversee coal ash loading operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while optimizing throughput. You will monitor activities, adjust schedules, and coordinate with rail loading to prevent bottlenecks.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervision experience, hands-on loader operations knowledge, and strong planning skills with strict adherence to safety protocols across the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 3 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervision experience in related operations.
• Experience with loader operations and coordinating/workflow planning.
• Ability to follow and enforce safety protocols across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the coal ash loading operation.
• Monitors loading activities to ensure consistent compliance.
• Adjusts loading schedules and optimizes workflow.
• Identifies and addresses loading bottlenecks or issues.
• Coordinates ash transportation into the rail loading building.
