Job summary

Quality Talent Group represents a prestigious client in the heavy industry sector seeking a Loader Operations Supervisor to oversee coal ash loading operations at a site in Virginia. You will monitor loading activities, adjust schedules, and coordinate with rail loading building teams.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervision and hands-on experience in loader operations, with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will work in a fast-paced environment with strict safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervision experience required.
• Experience operating loaders and coordinating loading activities.
• Ability to adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the coal ash loading operation.
