Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Southeast Agg LLC is seeking a hands-on operations leader to oversee daily loadout activities at our aggregates facility. You will drive safe, efficient product delivery and supervise a team to meet production, safety, and customer service goals in a busy industrial setting.

You will coordinate truck, rail, and customer loadouts, monitor equipment and inventory movement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while complying with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in an industrial, manufacturing, aggregates, cement, logistics, or related operational environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and the ability to foster a positive safety culture.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, planning, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to utilize operational systems, analyze performance data, and drive process improvements.
