Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner for our Orlando Manufacturing Center. You will coordinate production timelines to meet contractual requirements and lead-times, ensuring on-time completion across the shop floor.

You will read schedules, create and release work orders, schedule shop floor activities, and coordinate with purchasing to expedite late materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and process discipline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years related experience.
• Forklift and overhead crane certificates.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedule, orders, and requisitions to determine items to move or distribute.
• Create work orders and schedule releases to work centers.
• Schedule released orders, manage WIP, and assist with movement of product.
