Job summary

Marmon Utility LLC in Milford, NH is seeking a Production Lead to coordinate daily production and equipment, ensuring tooling, materials, and staffing are available. You will work with Operators, Supervisors, Maintenance and Quality to keep output within specifications and maintain safety and housekeeping.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in supervision, and knowledge of production standards.

Qualifications

Basic to moderate math skills.
Extensive knowledge of production standards.
Knowledge of industry regulations.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
MS Office skills required.
Lean Sigma knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily production and utilization of equipment and staff.
Ensure tooling and material availability, keep production within specifications.
Support safety, housekeeping, and 5-S requirements; maintain a clean, organized plant.
Communicate with Production Supervisors and other functions to meet schedules.
