Job summary

AP Emissions Technologies, LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a US-based facility. You’ll ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while guiding a frontline team and collaborating with Scheduling, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and HR.

This hands-on leadership role requires a strong Lean background, 5S, Kaizen, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience considered.
• 5+ years in manufacturing; 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading Lean initiatives and safety standards.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP and quality systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust resources to maintain flow.
• Ensure SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Coach and develop a high-performing production team.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
