You will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, monitoring performance, and enforcing policies to meet productivity targets while upholding safety standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college; five years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents; write reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor results; take corrective actions.
• Recruit, orient, and train production staff.
• Monitor staff performance and progress.
• Motivate and organize at team and individual levels to meet productivity targets.
• Plan and implement changes for model changes, capacity, or schedule.
• Review reports to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement using lean practices.
• Identify areas for personal growth and future leaders.
