Job summary

Malibu Boats, LLC seeks a Production Supervisor to ensure manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. You will assess project and resource requirements, supervise direct reports, and enforce health, safety, and security standards on the factory floor.

You will plan production schedules, collaborate with vendors and management on budgets, and drive continuous improvement through lean practices while maintaining quality across operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and ability to lead production teams.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Plan and organize production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Negotiate budgets and timescales with vendors and management; monitor adherence to them.
• Define and uphold quality standards in collaboration with the Quality department.
• Organize repair and maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Monitor staff performance and progress; drive continuous improvement using lean practices.
